- Refunds: If you cancel within 7 days of purchase and before attending live sessions, we provide a full refund. After live attendance, partial refunds may apply at our discretion.
4. Acceptable Conduct
We maintain a respectful learning environment. Harassment, hate speech, or disruption of classes is prohibited and may lead to removal without refund.
5. Intellectual Property
Course materials, recordings, and site content are owned by SolidRiver Voiceworks or its licensors and are protected by copyright and other laws. You receive a limited, non-transferable license for your personal educational use.

We provide training and guidance but do not guarantee specific outcomes (e.g., promotions, awards, or speaking invitations). Services are provided “as is” to the extent permitted by law.
